Sponsorship Levels

PuppyPhotoRFI depends on donations, grants and some monies raised by service dog recipients to cover all costs.  It takes approximately $25,000 to train each service dog, and each service dog is trained specifically for the needs of its recipients.  Can you help RFI help those in need?

Platinum Sponsor:  $25,000 or more

  • Provides complete coverage of placing an assistance dog with a deserving recipient.
  • RFI will unite donor and recipient at the time of placement.
  • Recipients will be asked to do two public promotions on behalf of donor in securing a dog for them. Arrangements will be made for the donor’s preference on a service dog for a disabled vet or a child with autism.
  • Company LOGO or sponsor name embroidered on dog’s “service vest.” This vest is worn any time the dog is taken into the public.
  • No limit on number of dogs sponsored.

Gold Sponsor:  $12,500

  • Provides 50% coverage of placing an assistance dog with a deserving recipient.
  • RFI will combine two gold sponsors in the uniting of the dog and recipient.
  • Recipients will be asked to do one public promotion on behalf of each donor in securing a dog for them. Arrangements will be made for the donor’s preference on a service dog for a disabled vet or a child with autism.

Silver Sponsor:  $7,500

  • Provides a portion of the cost to place an assistance dog with a deserving recipient.
  • RFI will combine five silver sponsors in the uniting of the dog and recipient.
  • Recipients will be asked to do one public promotion on behalf of all the donors in securing a dog for them.

Bronze Levels:  Under $7,500

  • Bronze Program Puppy Provider.  Purchase a puppy to go into the training program to become a service dog.  You will be able to name the puppy and will receive information on final placement.  $2,500
  • Bronze Troubled Teen Program Provider.  Places a troubled teen in training with the dog an hour a day for one year.  $100/month
  • Bronze Dog Housing Provider.  Provides a suitable home, dog bed, toys giving dogs in a training a comfortable residence.raining a comfortable place of residence.  $85/month
  • Bronze Food Provider.  Provides food for a service dog in training.  $30/month
  • Dog “Service Vest” Provider.  Purchases the vest worn by a trained RFI service dog.  $100
  • Bronze General Provider.  Any donation that you can afford will be accepted and applied towards the placement of an assistance dog, with one in need.
